Onsite Accommodation – Doubletree by Hilton Cadbury House 

The venue is set in a peaceful rural location, about 30 minutes by car/taxi from Bristol, with limited nearby accommodation and no access to public transport. To make your stay easy and affordable, the Committee has arranged exclusive onsite accommodation rates, available until 24 November 2025. The booking portal will be live shortly which will enable attendees to to secure these special rates. There is limited availability and booked on a first come first served basis. 

Nightly Rates (single en-suite):

• £110 per night: Tuesday 20, Wednesday 21 & Thursday 22 January 2026
• £125 per night: Friday 23 January 2026

All rates are per person, per night, and include bed and breakfast.

Please note: Cadbury House is not easily accessible via public transport. If you plan to stay in Bristol, please allow approximately 30 minutes for a taxi ride to the hotel. Where possible, the Committee encourages attendees to stay onsite to take full advantage of valuable networking opportunities throughout the event.

Hotel Amenities: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the club and spa, including the swimming pool and gym. For outdoor enthusiasts, a scenic walk is available nearby, culminating in stunning hilltop views.
