The registration desk will be located in the entrance and will be open during the following times:

Talks will be held in the Princes Suite and Wedgewood Suite (First floor)
Refreshments and Lunch will be held in the Whitehall Suite (Ground floor)
The Duchess Suite will be held as a quiet room (First Floor)

Catering

Refreshments and lunch will be served at set times during the programme.

All dietary requirements that have been requested during the registration process have been noted and passed to the catering team at the hotel. Please speak to the catering staff directly if you have any questions.

Social Programme

Tuesday 12 September - A welcome reception will be held in the Whitehall Suite from 19:00 - 20:00. Participants will be given tokens, which they can exchange at the bar for two complimentary drinks (glass of house wine, beer, spirits and mixers, and soft drinks). The bar will remain open until 23:00.
Thursday 14 September - The conference dinner will be held in the Princes Suite from 19:30. Prior to the dinner, the Whitehall Suite Bar will be open for cash sales (the conference dinner is not included in the fee, and must have been pre-booked prior to the event).

Hotel Bar

The hotel bar will be open 12pm – 11pm (Monday-Thursday) and 12pm – 12am (Friday)

Accommodation at the Leonardo Hotel

Guests can check into their rooms anytime from 3pm and can check out any time before 11am.

Breakfast is served between 6:30am – 10am in the main restaurant area opposite reception.
