Abstract Submission


Contributions for in-person poster presentations are invited in any of the topics listed below:

  • MPGD development
  • Active Targets and broader detector applications
  • Analysis techniques
  • Detector simulation
  • Machine learning and AI
  • Industrial Applications

Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and submitted online by 5:00pm GMT, 21 September 2026. One image/figure is permitted. Please click on the link below to begin your submission.

Please note that there is an expectation that, by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register for the conference.

Submission Details

  • To begin your submission, please create an account and select a memorable password.
  • The abstract title, authors, and their affiliations should be entered in the corresponding fields.
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
  • The length of an abstract is limited to 300 words. One image/figure is permitted. References, where required, should be indicated using square brackets [1] in order of appearance within the abstract. All references must be listed in numerical order at the end of the text.
  • All abstracts are strongly encouraged to clearly highlight the relevance of their work to the themes of the conference.

Please complete all sections of the submission form and agree to the terms and conditions before submitting. The corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of their submission.
