Poster Presentations Joining Instructions

 Preparing your poster presentation

• Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material. 
• Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format. 
• You can find the full conference programme on the conference website. The poster session takes place over lunchtime, from 12:30pm to 2pm.

  On the day management

• Fixing material will be supplied which is adequate for common paper and laminated posters. Fabric posters may be harder to mount.
• You are welcome to display your poster from the start of the day on any unoccupied poster board.
• During the poster session, you, as the presenter, should stand next to your poster to facilitate discussion on your work and to answer any questions.
• Important: any posters left on the boards after 4pm will be discarded.
