Abstract Submission

Contributions for poster presentations are invited. Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words and submitted online by 31 May 2024, with presentations to be delivered in-person. Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register (when available).

A best poster prize will be awarded to an early-career researcher following the afternoon poster session. During your submission, please upload a recent photograph and short biography outlining your work and research interests if you wish. This will only be visible once the programme is available. 

Submission Details

  • To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register. 
  • The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a student. 
  • The length of an abstract is limited to 300 words.
