We
strive to ensure that we can deliver value for money in all our events. This
year there will be a small charge for members, due to the expansion of the
conference and will include all refreshments, lunch, and an evening meal on the
Friday.
Accommodation
is not included in the registration fee, but discount codes will be supplied
where possible. Booking details can be found in the Accommodation Tab.
A number of travel/accommodation bursaries are available to those entering the Rosse Medal Competition, further details on the Rosse Medal Submission page. Please download the bursary application form here and return to ireland@iop.org, along with proof of registration.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.
Payment of Fees
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
