Abstract Submission


We invite abstracts for short contributed presentations. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and submitted via our online submission portal by 5 September 2025.

Presenters whose abstracts are accepted will be expected to submit their final presentation materials by 26 September 2025.

Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. Please read the following information before beginning your submission.

Submission Details

  • Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event. 
  • Please enter the title into the submission portal (max 25 words)
  • Enter your authors and co-authors. 
  • Paste your submission and any references (maximum 250 words)
  • Indicate whether the presenting author is a student. 
  • Agreed to the terms and conditions

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status. If you don't receive a confirmation email or if you have any questions, please contact the team by sending an email to conferences@iop.org.
