This is a virtual workshop as part of Inclusion week 2024 that brings together employers, whoever they may be across academia, industry, teaching and clinical settings, from CEOs to interviewers! The session will support and inform attendees on inclusive practices to support the recruitment of STEM returners - a key strategy to help the skills gap.
