This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 8 October 2025.

Registration Fees

This year, we’ve introduced a nominal registration fee of £10 to help ensure confirmed attendance. By encouraging commitment, this small fee allows us to plan more accurately and reduce food waste. We appreciate your support in making the event more sustainable and efficient. If this small contribution presents a barrier to your attendance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to assess requests on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
