FIRST AID AND MEDICAL SUPPORT
For non-emergency medical support (First Aid) and in all cases please ensure that the Security Services are informed on either 01904 324444 or 323333.
In the event of a situation where an individual requires medical support and intervention from either an Emergency First Responder or attendance by an Ambulance (Yorkshire Ambulance Service) then that request for support must be directed/made without delay via 999 or the non-emergency National Health Services (NHS) number 101 in the first instance. This ensures that there is no delay in the response and attendance from the emergency services.
Once the initial call/request has been made to either 999 or NHS 101, then inform Security Services without delay to allow them to meet or guide the emergency services to the scene.
FIRE ALARM TEST
All fire alarms are routinely tested and sound for approximately 10 seconds. Alarms sounding for longer than this indicate the buildings should be evacuated. Attendees will be advised if any test alarms are planned and the assembly points will be clearly displayed and communicated.
