Attending an event: What to expect
We are now conducting our events and meetings face-to-face with appropriate controls in place, to enable us to enjoy the benefits of coming together in-person. To keep visitors safe, we are following the science and Government guidance to do what we can to minimising the risk of COVID-19 infection to our visitors and staff. The revised guidance under which we will operate events is set out below.

Before and when you arrive at our event
Anyone attending one of our events is encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless they are unable to be vaccinated) and we ask that you have a negative lateral flow test before attending (note that we cannot provide LFTs at the venue, so please complete a test before arrival. We do not require evidence of your test result.) Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms as per the NHS website – our priority is to keep everyone safe.

During the event
Everyone at our events will need to follow staff guidance and should maintain one metre social distancing where possible. Facemasks are not mandatory although we recommend, they are worn in indoor spaces where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet. This is however a personal choice.
