Fees

The registration fee is inclusive of refreshments and lunch for the entire duration of the meeting and all event material. The meeting dinner will be taking place on 10 November in the dining room of The Cosener's House but it is not included in the registration fee, the dinner will be an extra £10.00 for a 3 course meal. This can booked during the registration process.

While accommodation is not included within the registration fee, accommodation can be booked at the Cosener's House. For more information visit the booking site or contact ashia.anderson@iop.org

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 31st October 2022. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
