Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject area and would like to know more. The event is free to attend; however, pre-registration is required. Please register online by 18 October 2023.

If you have registered for another IOP event in the last 3 months or submitted an abstract, please login using the same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a replacement; however, please note the system will only send you a replacement if you already have an account. If you are new to the system, or you don't receive a replacement, please create an account.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
