Poster presentations

Authors are responsible for ensuring that they
have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material.
- Posters should be prepared no larger than A0
in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.
- Onsite printing is available through the Online Shop. To proceed with an order create an account and then place your poster requirements. The cost of an A0 poster is £9.29 for plain paper and £12.54 for photo paper. Turnaround time for printing is up to three working days.

- Plenary Speaker: 60mins (50min talk + 10min
Q&A).
- Wohlfarth Lecture: 60mins (50min talk + 10min
Q&A).
- IEEE Distinguished Lectures: 45 minutes (40min talk + 5min Q&A).
- Invited Speakers: 30 minutes (25min talk + 5min Q&A).
- Contributed Speakers: 15
minutes (12min talk + 3min Q&A).
- We invite you to transfer your presentation slides to the session computer during the break preceding your talk, and we recommend that you check for correct presentation of your files - in particular if they contain videos or other animated items.
