All cancellation must be given in writing or by email. If sent by e-mail, they must only be sent to conferences@iop.org. Your cancellation will not be effective until it is acknowledged in writing or by email by the Institute’s Conferences team, which shall be given without undue delay. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. The submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
