Abstract Submission


Contributions for oral presentations are invited in all relevant topics. Abstracts should be a maximum of 500 words, including figures and references, and submitted online by 23:59 Sunday 22 May 2024. Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s).

Abstracts can describe, but are not limited to:

  • Elastography
  • Phonon microscopy / Brillouin microscopy
  • Microrheology
  • Microstructural imaging
  • Microindentation
  • Across all scales and areas of imaging research, e.g.,  biological, medical, soft matter, materials characterisation, NDT.

Abstract may encompass theoretical developments, experimental work and/or simulations.

Submission Details

  • To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register. 
  • The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
  • The length of an abstract is limited to 500 words and a maximum of one image / figure. 

Please complete all sections of the form and agree to the terms and conditions. The corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission. Further information can be found in the submission portal.
