This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. The deadline to register is 12 October 2025.
Included in the fees are access to the programme (as booked), lunch, and refreshments each day. A pizza dinner and drinks are included during the evening networking reception for those attending day 3.

Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days.
