Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 20 October 2022. This is an in-person event only.

Please read our terms and conditions and code of conduct before signing up to this event. All participants must agree to these prior to completing their registration. Note that for this event, you will also be required to bring photographic ID to gain access to the venue.

Fees

The registration fee includes access to the talks, refreshments and lunch, and conference material.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 20 October 2022. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
