Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held at Oulton Hall on the evening of the 4 February and is included in the registration fee. Please check the box below if you plan to attend.

Please note buses will be provided from Arla House to Oulton Hall for the Dinner; however, we are not providing a return transfer. 

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is available at Oulton Hall, which is located approx. 2.8 miles from Arla House (minimum 2-night stay).  Rooms are offered on a single-occupancy and bed-and-breakfast basis. The rate is £254 (£127 per night) for a 2-night stay inclusive of Tuesday, 3 February and Wednesday, 4 February (please input your check in dates as 3-Feb and check out dates as 5-Feb). Buses will be provided to and from Arla House at set times. 

If you wish to extend your stay or book for one night, please get in touch with the hotel by Telephone on 0330 1071599 and quote “Institute of Physics”. Please note the same rates will apply until 24 November 2025.
