Abstract Submission

Contributions are invited for oral and poster presentations on a range of topics related to Energy, including hydrocarbons, hydrogen, nuclear, renewables, solar, and wind. Abstracts should be 250 words in length and submitted online by 5 September 2025.

To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password.
Enter the abstract title (maximum 25 words)
Choose your preferred presentation type (oral or poster). The organising committee will note your preference but cannot guarantee your preferred choice will be available.
Enter the authors and affiliations
Paste your abstract into the box provided
Indicate the relevant Career Stage using the pre-populated drop-down menu.
Agree to the terms and conditions.

You will only be able to submit your abstract once all the information has been entered correctly. If any information is missing, it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once you have successfully submitted the abstract, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email, including login details to edit the submission and check its status.
