Cyd Cowley

Cyd Cowley is a graduate in Physics from Imperial CollegeLondon and is currently a PhD researcher at the University of York, in the field of divertor plasma physics. Working in partnership with MAST-U at theCulham Centre for Fusion Energy, he specializes in alternative divertor configurations. In particular, his research focuses on how the design of non-standard divertors can be used to aid the process of detachment in reactor tokamaks.
