Joining Instructions

DOORS OPEN AT 09:45!

ON ARRIVAL

On arrival at Silverstone and Hall 1, please collect a wristband from the registration desk and sign in. 

You are kindly asked to wear your wristband while on-site at the event. 

FIRE ALARM AND INFORMATION

Assembly Point: These are located to the rear of the Wing parking area - please review signage. 

Action on discovery of a fire

• Sound the alarm using the nearest fire alarm call point.
• Leave the building by the nearest fire exit and close any doors on the way out.
• Do not re-enter the building until told that it’s safe to do so.
• Report to the assembly point marked with green ‘Assembly Point’ signage.
• Call your Event Manager and advise them of the location and details of activation.
• Only attempt to tackle small fires if confident to do so.
• Do not put yourself at risk.

Action on hearing the alarm

• If you hear the Standby Fire alarm, be prepared to evacuate.
• If you hear the Evacuation alarm, leave the building by the nearest exit following the direction of the stewards/ Wing staff and close any doors on the way out.
• Do not re-enter the building until told that it’s safe to do so.
• Report to the nearest assembly point marked with green ‘Assembly Point’ signage.
