Abstract Submission

We welcome abstracts for short contributed talks and poster presentations in the themes 'Coincidence Methods' and 'Covariance Methods'. Abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words (figures and references are permitted) and submitted online by 29 September 2025.

Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s). Please read the following information before beginning your submission.

Submission Details

Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event.
Please enter the title into the submission portal.
Indicate your preferred theme.
Indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Committee to make the final selection.
Enter your authors and co-authors.
Paste your submission and any references (maximum 250 words)
If applicable, upload any supporting images.
Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status. If you don't receive a confirmation email or if you have any questions, please contact the team by sending an email to conferences@iop.org.
