Abstract Submission

We invite contributions for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts must be submitted online by 16 September 2025 and should not exceed 250 words. Please note that submission of an abstract indicates the presenting author's commitment to register for the event.

Please indicate your preferred method of presentation when submitting your abstract. While the organising committee will consider your preference during the selection process, we regret that we cannot guarantee your chosen format will be accommodated.

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
