Contributions for contributed oral presentations are invited on any of the following topics from researchers in industry and academia, including early-career researchers and PhD students. Please submit a proposed title and short abstract max 250 words) through the submission portal below. The proposed deadline is 20 November 2025.

Indicate whether the presenting author is a student

Submit your abstract

If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status.
