Registration

The event is free to attend for partially or fully funded STFC students. Please provide a supporting letter from your supervisor, which you can upload during your registration, confirming that you are a registered student with STFC and your start date. The letter should be supplied on letterhead. STFC will also refund travel (further information will be sent to registered delegates). For others, the fee to attend is £505. You will also need to provide a letter from your supervisor confirming that you are a student in an STFC recognised Astronomy, Planetary and Space Science Fields PhD programme and your start date. The letter should be supplied on letterhead.

The registration package includes accommodation at Belmont Tower in the Dundee City Campus accommodation at the University of Dundee from 21 - 26 August and a reception on Sunday August 21st from 6 to 8pm.
