Registration

The Annual APP and HEPP Annual Conference is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more.

Preferential Rates are offered to IOP Members. If you are not already a member but would like to join us, visit the website here. We offer a range of benefits, including discounts at IOP events and conferences. For more information, visit the membership section of our website or email membership@iop.org.

Group payments (to avoid paying individual invoices for those attending from the same organisation/institution): please register as normal and choose bank transfer as the payment method. Email the list of names attending from your organisation/institution to Molly,Sheppard@iop.org and an invoice will be raised.

Registration Fees

The conference fees includes access to the sessions, refreshments and lunch each day, drinks reception and poster session on Wednesday, and the Town Meeting and drinks reception and ceilidh on Thursday.

Non-Member

The annual fee for IOP Membership is £131. The concessionary fee is £39 depending on earnings.

Student Non-Member

Associate Membership is £15 for undergraduates, apprentices and trainees, including graduates of apprenticeships below degree equivalent level

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server.

All payments must arrive by 18 March 2026. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
