Organised by members of the Institute of Physics, this in-person event offers a dynamic forum for the wider physics community. It is open to participants from all academic and professional backgrounds. Whether you are an established researcher, a practitioner working within the field, or someone with a keen interest in physics, we warmly invite you to take part in the discussion and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

IOP members are entitled to complimentary registration. Non-members are equally welcome to participate for a nominal fee, which contributes to the cost of hosting the event. To secure your place, please register online by 30 September 2025.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
