Lars Schreiber has 16 years of experience in quantum computation with spin qubits and is focused on material and scalability aspects. He did his Master in semiconductor physics on molecular beam epitaxy at the University of Cambridge and Diploma in physics at RWTH Aachen University. After promotion in 2008 at RWTH on femto-second spectroscopy for semiconductor spintronics applications, he pioneered Si/SiGe spin-qubits as postdoc at TU Delft. Since 2014 he leads a group on scalable quantum computing in Si/SiGe at the Institute for Quantum Information at RWTH Aachen and became staff member at PGI-11 of Research Center Jülich. In addition, he is CTO and co-founder of ARQUE Systems GmbH.
