The Women in Physics Group is running a virtual workshop that brings together people returning to employment, those planning a career break and their employers to provide information on the barriers for returning to employment and how to overcome them. The session will support and inform attendees on inclusive practices to support the recruitment of STEM returners - a key strategy to help the skills gap.
