Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 24 March 2024 by clicking on the link further down this page. Included in the registration fee is access to the talks, catering during the conference and the conference dinner on Thursday April 11.

Bursaries available

The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Energy Sector interest group now offers travel bursaries of up to £500 to participate at PVSAT-2024. Applications are open to all members of the RSC with membership starting at £21 per annum for postgraduate students. Applications are to be received before the event and if accepted receipts are to be submitted after the conference, along with bank details, to be reimbursed.

The annual fee for IOP Membership is £121. The concessionary fee is £36 depending on earnings.

IOP Associate Membership is £15 for undergraduates, apprentices and trainees, including graduates of apprenticeships below degree equivalent level

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations.
