Please note that the information you provide in this form will be used by IOP to administer and coordinate the PLANCKS 2024 UK & Ireland Preliminary and shared with both the International Association of Physics Students (IAPS) and the PLANCKS 2024 UK & Ireland Preliminary and Finals Organising Committees, as well as the PLANCKS Advisory Board where it is required by them for those purposes.
