The “IOP PGS Printing for the Future” is a yearly single-day event dedicated to showcasing recent advances in Printing, Graphics and associated sciences and promoting early career professional skills and development. This event is open to all and free to attend for delegates, IOP members and speakers but pre-registration is required.

The scientific conference will offer the opportunity for postgraduates & researchers to present their work to a wide academic and industrial audience. Presentations are sought on any subject related to Printing, Coating and its future. Topics of the conference will include, but not restricted to:

• Printed, organic and large area electronics
• Energy storage
• Advanced functional printable materials & processes
• Printed Wearable electronics
• Bioprinting &  Sensors
• 3D printing & Additive manufacturing
• Graphic science
• Packaging
• Physics, Numerical modelling, Rheology of printing and related applications

The scientific conference will be joined with a workshop on career development aimed at Early Career Researchers with talks on publishing, Innovation and entrepreneurial skills, and project management as researchers  (workshop supported by the IOP CPD).   

The event will be a great opportunity for researchers to present their work, meeting like-minded researchers, and as a gathering of leading industry and academia, it will offer professional development and the opportunity to develop collaborations.
