Welcome to ICMBE 2022

This series of successful conferences began in 1978 in Paris, France and in recent years, has taken place in Montpellier, France (2016), Shanghai, China (2018) and Puerto de Vallarta, Mexico (2021) The 22nd International Conference on Molecular-Beam Epitaxy will take place in Sheffield, United Kingdom over the 4-9 September 2022 (a welcome reception will be held on the 4th September with talks starting on the 5th September). 

The International Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (ICMBE 2022) provides a prominent international forum for reporting new developments in the areas of fundamental and applied molecular beam epitaxy research, including advances in the technique, synthesis of new materials, discovery of new physical properties, formation of novel heterostructures, and the development of innovative devices.
