For facilitate networking, it is in the legitimate interests of IOP, attendees and event organisers, to use the first name, last name and employer details of attendees to produce name badges and an attendance list in advance of the event. A PDF version of the attendance list will also be available on this registration page from 8 November 2025. Attendees who do not wish to have their name and employer details used for these purposes are requested to email conferences@iop.org or contact using the details set out in IOP’s privacy notice
